Hi Mike,

Setting up a stand is more about co-ordination than anything else.
It's not hard, especially if you give yourself a lot of lead time.

The basic requirements are:

 * signing up for the event
 * volunteers
 * tables
 * some stuff to show (signs, computers running Linux, etc.)
 * stuff to give away (pamphlets, etc.)

This has all been done many times before, so there's plenty of
information out there. I certainly don't mind helping with any
questions that you may have.

If anyone else is interested in helping to organise this event, let us
know. It doesn't have to be one person doing it all (and preferably,
it shouldn't be).

Regards,
Sridhar
