Here’s a technique using JACK and LADSPA plugins: http://fetzig.org/2010/06/13/vuvuzela-filter-using-fedora/ On that page, there is also a command that works in mplayer, although that doesn’t exactly help those of us with MythTV–esque setups. Cheers, Jeremy.
