Doesn't a SoC board, with a few USB ports, ethernet, video and audio out, just become a PC with the addition of a USB hub providing fanout to a keyboard, mouse and a bit more storage?
Just like the mobile device manufacturers (to wit Motorola with Atrix and Asus with Transformer ) want us to think, the distinct category of "PC" is fast disappearing.
