Yes, though it's a long time I've used it.
It worked pretty well for me when I did.
It might lag a little behind the nvidia.com downloads.

You'll probably have to enable rpmfusion first:
http://rpmfusion.org/Configuration

PS. If you see references to livna when searching for nvidia rpms,
then take that to mean rpmfusion these days -- they fused.
