Dunno if it helps, but a simple google with keywords:

As for online filing of tax and any other e-gov activities,
the only solution is complain each and everytime you can't access a feature 
using linux.
Then at least they know there are linux users here in Singapore.
Make yourself and linux heard, else they will assume linux is just a hobby toy 
OS for
kiddies here and not used for serious bussiness.
I've wrote them everytime i can't efile my tax with linux since 9 years ago, 
and after
2 years, efile of tax for linux works.

(BTW, I told them i had to fdisk my friend's computer everytime i borrow it to 
efile in Windows,
 just for peace of mind).
