Hello Jean,

Thanks for the information. I did a bit of googling. I turned up this
page that makes a reference to the Shuttleworth Foundation. However,
their link to the foundation site returns a site not found error:

http://learnlinux.tsf.org.za/courses/web-tuxlabs.html

However, the foundation does seem to be in existence at a .org rather
than a .com address:

http://www.shuttleworthfoundation.org/

There, tuxlab is listed as a past project:

http://www.shuttleworthfoundation.org/our-work/past-projects/tuxlab

Indeed, the site linked from that page for tuxlab has been cybersquatted
but is, as you said, otherwise inactive. Unfortunately, that's where I
reached a dead end.
