Hum, sorry, I did not meant you cannot extend Maemo functionality. Re-reading my sentence, I realise it's just plain wrong. It's just that given the lack of attention on the platform (compared to Android), a lot remains to be done. Sadly, I actually prefer Maemo approach to a free mobile platform than Android's.
