[slurm-dev] scch program forked in checkpoint/blcr plugin

checkpoint/blcr plugin tries to execve a scch program with path 
SLURM_PREFIX/sbin/scch. This call fails because there is no such program 
in path mentioned. What is the program and where can I download it ?
