The scch program is a script used to manage the checkpoint image files.
If there is no special requirements, you can write a script file that
does nothing(for example a shell script with only the line of
"#!/bin/sh") and make it executable. 

I should have made the checkpoint/blcr plugin to check the existence of
scch script before execute it.
