I wanted to write the mailing list maintainers about this for some time...
It is not Ok that the "To" header is "To:
[email protected]", because it breaks the "personal" filters
which would search for such headers. Instead it should use "To:
[email protected]", and also have a "List-Id:
list.listprovider.com" header...
Hope this would be solved soon.

P.S.: It seems that not emails have the wrong headers... Just a
minor fraction of them... (I haven't investigated the exact reason,
but I'm willing to provide the actual "original" emails that have this
problem.)
