We are not experts either with mail list managers. The main reasons we went with dada mail was because our hosting service told us it was the way to go and it could throttle the number of messages an hour. Our hosting service only allows our domain to mail 750 messages an hour so with a list of 300 we needed the ability to throttle the messages so we don't go over this limit. So outside of switching our hosting service (which it turns out most throttle emails per hour) this appeared the easiest way to go. During testing we never saw this issue. I am hoping we find a solution or the author fixes it. Currently the problem appears very random and with no consistent reproducer. I am wondering if the git send-email causes the problem? Every one of the patches experienced the problem. The first message from Mark on this thread also had the problem and I doubt it was using git send-email. But then after the first one in the thread no message including the last one from Mark did. Was there something different in the way you sent the first message in this thread as opposed to the last message before this? We are as frustrated with the bug as everyone else is.
