Hi Developers,

 In order to reduce cluster fragmentation, when using QOS, is there any way
to enforce that the requested CPUs are multiples of certain number? For
example, equivalent to always fill complete node(s)?  In a way that in a
Cluster composed by nodes with 8 CPUs the jobs request should be:  8, 16,
24, etc, CPUs in order to be accepted.
