user@svr1:/var/spool# /usr/local/sbin/slurmctld -Dcvvvv
slurmctld: pidfile not locked, assuming no running daemon
slurmctld: error: Configured MailProg is invalid
slurmctld: fatal: Incorrect permissions on state save loc: /var/spool

Not sure what the mail program error is all about. I have postfix installed
and working. Also unsure about save location. Is there supposed to be a sub
directory?
