Yes I got it I tried this and I made my own script using it. We were looking for a command in sacctmgr under slurm to see what the users used for the account via the qos's in particular but sacct manager is ok for now.
Maybe a feature for the future. sacctmgr show association can report users qos and their usage underneath each qos.
