Initial pass for SbmPhysicsManager, implement it as a wrapper for
SbmPhysicsSim. Remove physicsEngine and its dependency from mcontrol_util and
run the physics as service. Update resource viewer so physics appears as a
service entry. More refactoring is needed to reorganize other scattered code
(in pawn, character, etc) into PhysicsManager.
