update motion retarget method : transfer the root joint rotation directly to
handle locomotion turning.
Initial try to refactor the footstep detection in ParamAnimAutoMarkingEditor.
Move the footstep detection into SBMotion. Still requires too many parameters
for a function call. Need to refine the interface later and probably add a
footplant detection algorithm that does not require the user to provide number
of foot steps.
