added gradient descent optimization procedure for Inverse Blending (reaching
controller)
note: testings show gradient descent reduces optimization iterations roughly by
half, compared to steepest descent method. but current bottleneck is not in
either of the optimization functions but in evaluateErrorFunction(), or
essentially in getPoseParameter().
