Fix ogre-viewer for osx build. Not complete yet, and need to setup resource
directory correctly with post-build.
Add ogre integration in sbm-fltk for osx. There are some issues with OpenGL
context produced by fltk in osx, so it is fully working with Ogre yet. Put the
required code changes in and disable it for now.
