Fix for some runtime errors introduced during refactoring.
Still problems with this revision related to Python and cameras.
Changed USE_PYTHON variable to check for absence of SB_NO_PYTHON, so you can
build SmartBody without Python by specifying the SB_NO_PYTHON in the
preprocessor.
