Log Message:
-----------
Add on-line retargeting support for animation blend. If the retarget instance
for blend's source skeleton and the target character is found, then the output
bone buffer will be adjusted by retargeting method. Currently tested fine on
both common.sk, ChrBrad.sk. Hope in the long run, this can help reduce the
overgrowth of retarget animation files with little performance impact.
Also change SkMotion::apply function to support retargeting if it is available.
Next step would be to find a generalize way to associate a "correct" skeleton
with each motion file. So the system can automatically choose the correct
retargeting instance when playing back motion.
