add API functions in SBMotion to set the corresponding skeleton name. This
information can be used to setup on-line retarget of the motion for new
skeletons. Update the motion controller to use proper retarget instance if it
exists. Add a toggle attribute in SBCharacter to turn on/off on-line retarget.
