Change motion controller to use dt instead of absolute time. The controller
will keep track of a internal motion time. This allows easier reset of posture
to first frame.
Ideally, all controllers should be rewrote in the same way to avoid using
absolute time in the control logic. Otherwise there is no way to really "reset"
a controller.
