I agree this would so make things easier right now we ordered a small 12v power pack (battery backup actually) and its supposedly light forgot the company that makes it and will use this for the SB and hopefully will get our pocketpc dreams fulfilled so we can all buy axim's and network cards CF so that we can have the optimal onsite checking not to mention site survey's would be so much easier.

I would love to ditch the laptop in favor of an Axim. I hate the 2 or 3 trips
up and down the roof to get all the equipment set up. I would carry the Axim
on my hip, don't have to worry about setting the laptop down on the chimney or
roof and watch it slide off. I could move the Axim easier to get the sun off
the screen. All I want is a NIC to interface w/ the radio for alignment/site
survey. Please SB, are you listening? This is just one more thing, next to
non-buggy firmware, that could make my job just a little easier.
