The best I could find for my airPort Outdoor *anywhere* was at Radio 
Shack - a 13.5/30 volt unit - part number: 273-1668.  I bought it and 
set it to 13.5.  I've only got about 220 foot run but it did help a 
little bit.  RSSI went from about 45% to 52%.  Link quality from 60% to 
80% - pretty dramatic, I think.  Not sure all of that was a result of 
the 13.5 volt Power Adapter because we've been going through a lot of 
changes to our wireless configuration.
