Jerry,

First off, what kind of connectivity do they want to get?  Second off, I could see a problem with the IPs being Nated, however, you could just tell him to use your IP address that you have assigned and it should work fine.  Second, if both his network and the business network are 10.0.100.xx the problem is that they would have to be bridging the networks in order to get any connectivity.  If they have a firewall or NAT in place at the business, I don't know how they are going to get around it.  Typically, if they are VPNing into there business network, they will need a different IP on the home network, such as 10.0.101.xxx for there VPN box to route.

More info is needed.

Subject: [smartBridges] VPN Question.

Ok I have to say I have not set one of these up yet. I do have a client that has there own special network guy telling me that they have to have a real world IP that is not routed? I run nat on a mikrotik router and route static Ip's to there internal IP if they need one. The client is connecting to an appo about 1 mile away from his office that is also connected to the same appo. They both have 10.0.100.XX IP's(with real world IP's routed to them). I'm sure the firewalls mike make a difference whether this is possible but do I need to do anything but make sure that client to client communication is allowed on the ap?
