Everybody in Albuquerque seems to have to over-power everything to make it work. I've heard explinations from the dry climate causing problems to tons of radio stuff causing interference.

The point of my comment was that we replaced the all-in-one Total which is supposed to have a 13db antenna with an ABOutdoor and a seperate 13db antenna and it worked like a champ.

Or maybe one of the small 9 DB patch panels, I think they are actually
around 6db or so. We put in an airbridge indoor yesterday, it is about
200 yards from our tower, and it is getting 100% on RSSI and Link.

The customer where we replaced the Total on was within 2 blocks of our

tower so I know I had it lined up correctly.

I was beginning to think it might be a bad unit but we were told since

we didn't have the original box we couldn't return it so I'm not sure.

2 blocks!! Dang. You were burning the thing out.

How about putting a rubber ducky on it???
