Ok, so Maxrad has the right to use the TECHNOLOGY developed by Superpass.

So really Maxrad is building SOME of the Superpasses. The antenna
technology has nothing to do with the radome enclosure. I am sure Maxrad
will be sticking the Superpass antenna elements in their own Radome. This
would eliminate the leaking problem from the Maxrad line of antennas
licensed from Superpass
