Nish,

Following this list for nearly a year now, I seen the ups and downs, pros
and cons about smartBridges posted to the list. However, your company has
always given good customer support when problems came along.

My question:

Does smartBridges own and operate a WISP with actual customers?
If not, wouldn't that be a good way to learn about problems first hand?
If yes, why don't these problems occur on your system?

I am not encouraging you to start WISPs all over the place, but believe that
each manufacturer should run at least one system with real customers to see
pitfalls and advantages.

You guys are running way ahead of us. The upgrade was tested only on the new
devices for the specific purpose of dis-association.

So now you have done it, please share the results with us. Thanks.
