[smartBridges] Test outdoor bridge

New to the list and smartbridges. I have two outdoor bridges to replace my raylink bridges but they would not link up to each other. I put the raylinks back online no problems. This is a point to point link of 1 mile. Shouldn't I be able to link one of these bridges to a Linksys wap11 to see if they are working? I tried but no dice. I am preparing to put up a tower and was excited about the pricing of the AP's and Bridges but I cannot get them to work. Any ideas?  Jim
