This is the problem I was having with the APPO in client bridge, wireless bridge, or repeater mode. We were able to get it narrowed down to the length of our ESSID. Once we shortened our ESSID no more problems. The SB tech guys also provided us with the super password for our APPO units. This allows you to log in even if the ESSID is longer than 23 characters.
Out of curiosity do you use a very long ESSID? We were using our company name. I used simpleDeploy to reflash the "bad" aPPo-CB units (aPPo's and aP's are the only ones I can still wirelessly use simpeDeploy on).
