Any of you folks that bought your equipment from Electro-Comm need to contact me, or your favorite customer service rep, directly and we will send you one of our RMA forms. We will do advanced replacements (if we have them in stock) IF AND ONLY IF you fill out the credit card info at the bottom of the form. We do not charge your card for the advance replacement unless you do not send the old one back within a reasonable time. The info is your agreement that if you don't send the old one back, we can charge your card. If the credit card info is not filled out, we will wait for the old one to get here before we send you another one.

If you bought it from one of the other distributors, check with them. They may be doing something similar.
