Because 14.5+17.5 = 32db they have max as 30 for the clients (shouldn't it be 36) oh well im not in the USA. LOL
As a note the warning is only a guidline warning doesn't do anything thank god.

Why does the aPPO dial a power thingy say you're over the limit when you put
it on full power with a 14.5db antenna? And that's only feeding 60mw, not
250!
