Correct. RTS would be available on the AP for when it's acting as a CPE. Fragmentation can be set at the CPE or the AP or both. It depends on which direction the larger packets are coming from. If it's the customer's downloading a lot, set it on the AP to break up the packets. If it's uploads, set it at the CPE to break them up there.
