Not sure if you have posted what the symptoms that you were experiencing? No offense but I found more answers and resolution to problems here in this forum then from Electrcomm. Seems to me there is something else going on and the first place you should have asked as right here. Last time I checked Electrocomm was not in the WISP business so they may not see many of the nuances that we as wisps see everyday and yes sometimes you may get a bad unit or two. Smartbridges is a growing company. You cant expect them to get better with vague comments like yours. When you say "quit working" that could mean ten million different things.
