I think Harker and a few others have some information on grounding.  Found
some stuff a while back by searching for Enhanced Grounding.  Also, go to
the wisp list and query Roger Boggs.  He has a lot of that kind of stuff
bookmarked, and he is a communications engineer from way back and knows this
stuff inside and out.  Another good source is Bob Moldeshel....he owns a
tower company along with running a WISP.
