smartBridges….I think you are suffering from the same thing that my business is….and that is this.

 

I come off as SOOOO personal to my clients and am SOOOOO responsive that ALL my clients take advantage of that.  I very frequently respond to my client’s emails within 1 minute…even at midnight on Saturday.  I also perform ALL of the site surveys personally ( I like to get a feel for the client’s needs ).

 

So, they have ALL come to EXPECT that kind of service.  They have even gone so far as to look me up in the phonebook and call me at home on a Sunday morning at 0700 because they can’t get to their email.  They call me for EVERY freaking thing….viruses, email, problems with their games, and my favorite was how to download/install KaZaa.  The BANDWIDTH BLACK HOLE program!

 

So…what I am saying is…..DONT FEEL THREATENED OR PRESSURED when someone starts demanding immediate response to anything!  If they are TRULY a business….and true business professionals, then they should understand that they are NOT the only client on the earth, and therefore do not deserve that sort of response.

 

I was the first to pipe up a long time ago and tell sB to stop giving simpleDeploy and simpleNMS to everyone.  Their response at the time was that it was BETA.  The funny thing is…is that the BETA stuff was more functional then now.  What I mean is…they have now incorporated more security features, like not allowing simpleDeploy do wireless burns.

 

So…smartBridges….take your time….please.  Focus on stable, functional firmware.
