Sounds like a router issue or possible a computer issue. You said you can
not ping the router?? is that from outside their house say from your office?
if so depending on the router by default most routers turn off ping
capability so no one knows the router is there for security just one extra
step..

Hello!

I have a customer who says they are not getting Internet access. From the
radio I can trace route to Google as well as ping their
IP/interface. However I cannot ping their router from the radio. I know
what this sounds like, but can I be certain that the response I'm getting
back from their interface is correct? I have seen where the radio looks
good from this side, but the customer still says the have no access. I've
even verified this to be true last week as the radio portion worked, but
the ethernet/ customer side was gone, no link light.

So we can tell one thing. The radio works or the radio does not work. To
verify the customer interface still requires a truck roll.
