Recieved non working aBO yesterday RF output dead Do they just send these out without first bench testing Maybe they need to fire that crew
Or is any of the smartBridges equipment being tested before leaving the factory Who knows I am pretty tired of this myself Joe K -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Support(at)inet2000.com Sent: Friday, August 15, 2003 12:57 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [smartBridges] New SB Firmware OK, thanx. Then the unit is most likely rebooting while transmitting heavy data. The cat5 runs down the tower and into a coupler to another length that runs inside to the computer. The coupler is tight and dry inside well sealed pvc electrical box. I opened it yesterday and checked, dry as a bone. I'll look at a few other ideas I have first, perhaps the customer installed Ethernet cable between our demarc (the PVC box) and their computer. If it turns out to be just the radio, I won't be replacing it with another SB though. I've only bought two. The first was dead within 10 minutes and the second (this one) has this issue. If it turns out it's the radio.. I'll send you the ebay link. :-) - Todd Chamberlain From: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Yep, if that link light is going out on the router, you can bet that the > bridge is rebooting.
