I found some good outside shielded cable for towers
All Cable (303) 295-0106
Denver, Colorado
PVC cover, 8 mil aluminum sheath, pvc cover, filled, 24 ga. cat5
$240.00 per thousand

I found foil shielded cable for cpe installations much less than that

Maybe this will help

Cat5?

How much are you paying for outdoor shielded Cat5?

We started using smartbridges like everyone else to try to save money and
speed installs by not having coax in the mix. Currently, we are using Cat5
from Tessco that costs $0.45/ft. Comscope WB-400 costs us $0.39/ft. No real
cost saving here. then in addition to a antenna LPD ($20) we have to have a
cat5 LPD ($15) and a power LPD ($20). I'm loosing my cost savings here. Im
thinking bout changing our standard 802.11b kit to indoor SB with a bulkhead
LPD for coax, grounding at the entry point, and forgoing the complex cat5
grounding and shielding since all the cat5 and radio will be indoors.

My question is, are you seeing about the same price for your cat5 supplies?
If not, what are you using, who from, and how much?
