If thats the cause why is it not working? maybe we need to focus on that if in fact they do have a watchdog timer in the units already? but from my past conversations about the effectiveness of the simple status and explaining this type of feature "watchdog timer" should be in the firmware I got an answer of hmmm we will look into it..
