It's an MTU issue with the clients computer. Get drtcp from DSLReports (http://www.dslreports.com/front/drtcp.html)
and try setting the MTU to 1000. I had one client that had the same problem. I wound up setting the MTU to 512 to
get it to work. Also hard code the NIC to 10-T half.

I know this is a little off the subject, but I thought I would ask
it anyway. We have a user that is not able to send emails with attachments.
They can send plain text emails. We have set it up on outlook express and
outlook2000, both with same problem. It will basically just time out on
her. Also, it doesn't matter how small of an attachment. She is the only
user we have that has this problem. The only thing different about her is
that she is about 6 miles away from our tower. Most of our users are within
about a 2 mile area. We were thinking that maybe there is a MTU setting or
something on the airbridge outdoor that we could change to maybe correct the
problem. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
