I think it is overall interference I have not really understood it 100%
maybe SB can clarify further?

The sector antenna is mounted near the edge of the roof and the base of the
antenna is 5 feet high ... I think roof reflection would be difficult.  The
day is cool at it is only 10am and middle 70s.

I understand RSSI.  I don't understand the description of Link Quality. Can
you describe this in terms of what the radio sees (ie. signal to noise
ratio, background noise level, ??).

RSSI is just that recieved signal from the AP Link quality is basically
interference in the area the higher the # the less interference Green good

Could be reflection off the roof of where you have it mounted possibly could
also be heat? is it a hot day?
