Sevak,

a 3way splitter will cause an aproximate 5dB loss at the overall Tx power.
It has absolutely no influence to the RX (other than the insertion loss
from the additional connectors used)

You might wanna use this setup in case your customers are spread in the
area and it is not worth having 3 APs. Any time in the future you can
simply add the other 2 APs and remove the splitter.
