How are the cables sealed seems like some cool mildew related issues to me but besides that I can't even fathom a reason... I wish all my clients were that sold u're lucky.

Subject: [smartBridges] Weird RSSI with new aPPo???
Last Tuesday I replaced my head-end aPPo with a new aPPo (from
Singapore).
Ever since then, I am having problems with my RSSI between 8pm and 8am.
This is affecting ALL my clients...not just close in (all types of sB
client
devices).
When I replaced this aPPo, I also replaced the antenna (same brand/type)
and
pigtail.
Please see that attached pic for a better representation of what is
going
on. Before anyone suggests it...this is NOT interference. Interference
does not cause RSSI to be reduced...it causes LQ to go crazy. With that
said, I have also been monitoring my channels 24x7 and there is nothing
crazy going on.
Weather has been perfect for the entire time (daytime 78 night 62).
Why would a drop in temperature affect THIS aPPo??? Normally an
increase in
temperature has adverse affects...not the other way around.
I noticed that this new aPPo (from Singapore-hardware fixed) had the new
1.4j.8 firmware. So...just to see, I downgraded it to 1.4j.6. No
affect...still dropping RSSI at night?
Any ideas?
Sully
P.S. On this same day, I replaced my repeater aPPo and only have one
client
on it. This aPPo has a 15db omni with one client on it at 1 mile with a
13db panel. It is obviously receiving over a 100% RSSI, so I cant tell
if
this unit is also behaving the same. I also have an older aPPo online,
and
all of it's clients are NOT having this issue with dipped RSSI at night.
