Hi everyone, I need your help/advice on improving a customer's connection. He is 10.5 miles away from my APPO (14.5 Sector antenna) and there is a clear LOS. He is using an Outdoor airBridge and a 24dBi grid antenna. At this point in time there are no amps involved, but I am seriously considering to install one at the clients site. Do you think that an Amp would solve the problem? Or do you have something in your bag of tricks that I can use? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
