Whilst the repeater mode is fine, bite the bullet and use two radios... and
instead of an aBT, I would recommend purchasing a aPPO plus an antenna. It
may cost slightly more but is more flexible if your infrastructure ever
changes. Short term pain... long term gain.

Subject: [smartBridges] Repeater Site Question

I need a little advice.

I have a central Node with my backhaul coming into an APPO and then I am
pushing this out via a 12dbi Omni to a 2km circle of clients.

I now want to setup a repeater site at about 2.5km.

1. Can I install another APPO with another 12dbi Omni and set the APPO to
Repeater Mode? I know I will half the bandwidth.

2. Should I install an Airbridge Total pointing back at the Main Omni and
then install another APPO on a differnet channel with an Omni for my new
clients?

Which of the above 2 will work best?
Does anyone have either of these setups?

Any adivse would be appreciated

Thanks
