Hi all,
I would like some suggestions / opinions on the
best equipment and configuration to serve a customer.
We installed a customer that is about 5 miles out
with a small hill between him and our water tower. We put up a 36' guyed
mast and used an airBridge Outdoor with an 18dbi panel antenna. He is
finally working pretty well. Now his son-in-law wants service and he is at
a lower elevation and has trees in the way. So the only way to serve him
is off his father-in-laws 36' mast. We have clean line of sight from the
one house to the other. My question concerns what radios and antennas to
use and how it would be configured. We will need to bridge somehow off one
house to get to the other, but need to keep the equipment cost as low as
possible for the customer. We are thinking of running an ABO in bridge
mode with another 18dbi panel on the father-in-laws mast, but what would we need
on that end to shoot from there to the other house? They would be facing
different directions, and the houses are about 1/2 mile apart.
Thanks for your help,
Gloria
