[smartBridges] Phone support using Skype??

In case anyone is interested, Skype p2p VOIP is available from the makers of Kazaa.  I while back SB was considering VOIP as a cheap solution to phone support.  How about trying Skype?  (Unfortunately, there's no Linux version of it.)
