On my Alvarion BAII network I don't even allow connections to my radios from the ethernet side in any way shape or form. Have had maybe 6 calls in the last 9 months from customers that not been able to get to the net. 4 of those where fixed by them unplugging the power to their BB router and 2 of them where fixed by me remote restarted their radio.
