FWIW, the 24 grids are extremely sensitive to alignment at that distance. The tiniest azimuth and/or elevation change will have a big effect. You should be booming in using that grid (85% or better). Hope you are not using an Omni at the head end, they suck for longer distances. You need RSSI up past 75%....also watch the link for ten minutes on the link quality graph and check for it dropping off. Also, those grids can be assembled incorrectly if you're not careful, so you may want to double check that.
